Follow up question to closed : CM - Setting up the bitsetter - Use Current Location no longer present?

I simply want to reset my bitsetter as it’s off by a bit. Doesn’t really impact anything but it triggers my OCD! I read where the only way to do it via the CM interface is to configure a new machine (overkill?). I would assume I’d need to copy my updated $100,$101,$102 gbrl attributes before setting up a new machine and re-input them after the new setup is complete. If that is true, it might be worth a mention somewhere in the documentation. Of course, having the ability to make tweaks via the interface after having done the intitial setup might be a useful feature…? Pierre

Correct, but one can skip the overwriting/downloading of the Grbl settings (you should still write them down) — the BitSetter location is stored in Carbide Motion and is a different save button.
