Freezing of router at any stage of the cut

Hi All I needs some help again,having installed all the EMI kit I am still getting a freeze at any point of the carve.Not sure what to do from here,but when the machine stops with the router running,can I restart at that point and if so how do I do that,the line it stops at shows up in carbide motion,so can I start from that???The pause start buttons are non operative.
