I make a lot of wood products for Kitchen, pasta boards etc, the final operation is a contour with tabs and i generally ramp it and only take .06 doc each time it ramps. Woods are either cherry, maple or oak. How aggressive can i be with this final contour. i usually use an o flute for the final contour.
my ramp speeds are 120 ipm and final cut i slow down to 70 ipm runing at 17000rpm.
just looking for some alternative thoughts.
