Fusion 360 Machine Set Up

Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some advice on using fusion 360 with the Shapeoko 3 XXL.

I’ve just started using fusion 360 to create toolpaths, and I’ve exported them to my shapeoko. Using one tool, it’s been great as I’ve already zeroed the tool and it doesn’t need to use bit setter. However, when I introduced tool changes it used bit setter for only 2 out of the 3 tool changes. (One at the start of the program, then 2 after that). For the second tool change, it came up with manual tool change, but without the prompt from Carbide to change tool. It only said turn spindle off, and then once I changed the tool and pressed OK it tried to carry on without using bitsetter. But, it did use bitsetter for the final tool change.

I saw another topic which said try naming the tools different numbers so it knows the difference between T1 and T2 on the G-code so I changed them both but it still caused issues.

I used the Ruckus Workshop Youtube video to help me set up a machine on fusion, but I did use the most recent post processor. I’ve deleted the machine, so if you have any recent information on how to set up a machine on fusion and what might be causing these issues that would be much appreciated.

Many thanks
