G10 feeds and speeds question (novice)

I am about to use feeds and speeds from this chart
http://community.carbide3d.com/uploads/default/original/2X/0/0e65e6d346b92b71ce0b7211e3f734823b256d9a.jpg

Working on g10, the chart says
Depth per pass: 0.09 inches
Feed rate: 60 inches/minute
Plunge rate: 28 inches/minute

I thought those sounded pretty high, and after doing an air run, it looks a fair bit faster than I would expect with g10.
That said manually drilling through the material is super easy so maybe this is right.

Are these feeds and speeds alarming to anyone? or am I good to go?

With a recent G10 PC board cutout I slowed down to 20 ipm feed vs. the 60 ipm that was default in Carbide Create (closest material using a .125 end mill). It was too fast for me too.
