Get " Bugsplat " loading file ....HELP

Hi All,
Just upgraded to VFD and new control board because of bad connection of socket for VFD.
Using VcarvePro with no changes from past programs.
Loading file to run causes Bugsplat to show and Shapeoko 3 crashes.
Using 640 motion.
Re-configured machine.
Everything at machine works.

All my files post as.gcode. None of my files from the past work.Change post to .nc, no luck.
