I just finished putting together my first ever machine this week and got the Alarm 9 error message. I have read ALOT of posts on things to check and try but nothing. I can hear the machine have a very slight hum but it will not move at all. I checked all 3 proximity switches to sure their corresponding light comes on in the control box and they are fine. What else can I check?

Thanks Ed but unfortunately none of that worked. All of the homing switches seem to be working if I test them with a wrench. I think the bigger issue is that the cutter has never moved after install. I can hear the motors on the machine come on but the cutter has never tried to move. I do have a ticket in so hopefully I can get this up and running soon so I can have a little fun.
