Grinding noise when initializing XXL

Hi,

This weekend I started building an enclosure for my XXL. I ended up moving the X axis back and forth a lot manually over the weekend. Now when I hooked everything back up again, with a dedicated IMac now, when I initialize I hear a loud grinding noise when the spindle reaches the back right corner. Does anyone know the correct procedure to correct this?
