Had to replace my limit switch now my 4 xxl z axis moving wrong

i just replaced my z-axis limit switch now when i try to home the machine the z just moves down. it will not home and sends a bunch or errors.

Is the Z-axis homing switch stuck on?

Probe input showing because the ground lead is touching the BitZero?

Please let us know about this at support@carbide3d.com

The Z-plus and the HDZ (and Belt Z on SO3) run in opposite directions. As @WillAdams suggested power on your machine and do not initialize. See if you have any active inputs like the Z homing switch. Maybe resend your configuration and pick your machine type and Z type. The Z-plus is refereed to as leadscrew and the HDZ is refereed to as ballscrew.

99% of t he time when you initialize and your Z goes the wrong way it is configuration by picking the wrong Z axis. The other 1% can be a lot of things so go with the odds.
