Having trouble creating 1/4 contour tool path in CM

Hi everyone. I’m having trouble creating 1/4" contour tool path in CM for drilling holes, it just won’t make the 1/4" hole tooth path as a pocket or inside cut. My tool is 1/4" dia.

Any advice? Thank you! and Happy Thanksgiving. File attached w it x2 1/4 holes. Mac OSX, Shapeoko XL

Your holes are 0.121" radius. Make the radius radius a touch larger than your desired 0.250" diameter.

To expand on that — unfortunately, Carbide Create doesn’t (yet?) support drill operations. There are other tools which do so. MakerCAM is one easy option: http://www.shapeoko.com/wiki/index.php/MakerCAM — other free/opensource listed at: http://www.shapeoko.com/wiki/index.php/CAM#2.5D
