Suckit dust for HDZ 4: allows free z-axis movement.
- you will need to cut a little bit off the suckit’s top frame under its mounting holes.
If you want to retrofit your suckit dust boot for the HDZ, here’s the dimensions I did it with out of .125 x 3” aluminum flat bar.
It is mounted 20.6mm down from the moving front assembly.
Here’s the dimensions for the aluminum 1/8” flat bar.
For the main 2 holes, I tapped a 10-24 thread. The 3rd smaller hole in the picture is a 8-32 tap.
It can of course be any size screw, just make sure they’re only long enough to make it just through the aluminum bar mount.
