Has anymore run into a problem after upgrading to the HDZ and the CM2 control board where carbide motion cant find their machine to set it up
You may have a file system problem. To see your shapeoko.json file (which is your setup file) open Carbide Create. Then go to help and About. Then click on open Data Directory. There is a CM directory and there resides your shapeoko.json file. Try to open the .json file and see if it is readable and accessible. If you get permission errors that could be your problem.
