I guess that is the least wasteful option. I have really enjoyed my SO3 but have an itch that I have not yet managed to scratch. I will save my pennies and try to pick up a machine with ballscrews, a 32 bit controller and some substantial gantry supports. This hobby has some magic sort of a way of creating desires in the user.

I have just been browsing over at PwnCNCā¦ I can see that there may be a way to scratch the itch that I mentioned previously. The gantry plates manufacturing video clip, which is linked below, look to be very substantial parts.
