Help! Rectangles cut and not wanted!

Was just working through some crazy 3d design and came across an issue.
In the 3d simulation, it is perfect. In the tool path simulation I have 2 rectangles cut at each end of the design. Can someone figure out why?
Much appreciated @WillAdams

Which rectangle do you mean?

The cut should match the 3D model — if the 3D model isn’t what you want, change that.

The rectangles are because they overlap areas where there is no model. So carbide create assumes you wanted nothing there. As Will mentioned, you may want to modify the design/model to reflect what you want.

Thank you, appreciate the quick response!

Thank you, appreciate the response.

Copy your 0.75 x 7 rectangle that you use to build the model, and edit the copy to be 6.5 tall.
Use that rectangle to limit your 3D toolpath.

Thanks Tod! It was limiting the 3d tool path that I had wrong.
