Help with 3d file

Just finished attached file but did not get the detail I was expecting. I have also attached picture.
I am using a shapeoko 4 software Carbide Create pro. Are settings wrong, w wit wrong wood (oak), or wrong bits. I am novice at cnc machining, So any help I couod get would be very helpful.
