Help with Bitsetter Issue

I’m running a Shape 4 XXL with Bitsetter and a Bit Zero. I haven’t used the setter much at all but figured I would do some testing with it. I’m using a test file (Pocket file first, V bit, and then another pocket) So starting with pocket, I set it up and use my bit zero, no problems. It tells me to disconnect the ground and I did. As soon as I click “ok” the machine goes to the top right and to plunges into my waste board. Any suggestions?

Do you have the location of the BitSetter correctly configured in:

Thanks Will, I just went all through the setup, lets see how it goes. Be back in a minute

Will, as always, you make troubleshooting so easy. Its cutting and I’ll let you know if there’s a bit change issue. Thanks again. Mike
