Help with Z Plus

Does anyone have a picture of the Z Plus with the spindle mounting plate removed? Thanks

Isn’t there one in the instructions?

That looks like an HDZ. The Z-Plus would have the anti-backlash nuts where that square block is in the picture.

No Sir, it came assembled. My question is this; The 2 black threaded blocks with the spring between them came loose. I had to take the black spindle plate off but I don’t know what it is supposed to look like. The black block looks like it will attach to the mounting plate but there’s no holes in the mounting plate for the bottom block.

The two black delrin blocks together form an anti-backlash nut. The bottom block does not need to be attached to anything. It simply keeps tension on the threads. But there needs to be a spring between the blocks. You compress the spring slightly as you thread on the bottom block.

How tight (compressed) does the spring need to be?
