My shapokoo5 has a HM001 error. Everything is off home but my carbide motion on my laptop says all my home sensors are on but the lights are not on, on the sensors. I rebooted every thing, pushed the items off the sensors. I cleaned the machine. It is square. What else could be wrong. Also my push in shut off switch is not working.
