OK; I’m a newbie at this and need some help. Got my Pro XXL last weekend and had time yesterday to start putting it together. Things were going great until I got to hooking up the wires. Everything I read and saw says the wires are clearly marked. Well, mine aren’t. The labels are faded and even if I have things hooked up the way I think they go, I have an extra wire. Many help would be appreciated.
First thing you need to do is contact support@carbide3d.com, if you have not already done so.
They will sort things out with you.
I’m sure someone with the same machine will chime in and maybe post some pictures, hopefully get you up and running soon.

Photos would help — we asked for them on the support ticket — in the absence of them, all one can do is just retrace wires.
