How do you load new end mills and V-bits into the tool library

trying to load in some 1/8 V-bits and end mills have trouble any and all help would be great thanks

Unsure what happened to the CC User Guide, but it was here at one point:

The Carbide Create guide is here:

Double Click on the Tool in the left panel.
You can also right-click on the Tool to Edit or Delete a tool.
