When I try to export a 2D object to a PNG file in Carbide Create Pro v8, I find that the PNG file is blank when I try to open it.
I also tried importing it into Inkscape but again the file is blank
Is that feature no longer functional in the CC Pro 8?
Kind Regards,
Bryan M.

.png is only for 3D. Export as .svg & bring into Inkscape.

Ah, Ok, I was able to export it as an svg and import it into Inkscape. I have never tried it as a png.
Thank you for the information Tod.
Kind Regards,
Bryan

PNG is an image format, not vector.
If Inkscape was your destination then SVG is the way to go.
