How to get the Carbide Create Pro to work

I bought the carbide Create pro but can’t get it to take the license. I have tried to copy paste a few different ways but with no luck.

If your on a Mac start Carbide Create, go to Help>Register>paste in your license code there or select Load From File

Be sure you copy all lines. After pasting restart app.

I have done that and I get an error code 107

What computer/operating system?

I am just using my HP laptop because of the dusty area. I finally got it to take.
