How to get XZ axis to “sit up”

Have you adjusted the eccentric nuts?

I’m with Neil on the vwheel/eccentric nuts adjustment, we can see in the video that the whole XZ axis (including the fixed plate) has (a lot of) slop, so it must be that. Or one of the vwheels is damaged. Inspect all four, then adjust the lower two via their eccentric nuts by setting them “just tight enough against the rail that the wheels won’t spin freely anymore”
