What has been an easy accurate way to make an x guide for tiling work that may need 3 different runs?
I simply screwed down a piece of walnut and then ran a straight bit along the edge on the Y axis to make sure that the edge was perfectly aligned.
Lessons learned:

Distribute the screws better, I put them in a line and it rocks a bit if you try to clamp.

find a way to incorporate some clamping capability to hold that edge down

maybe put in a pocket for Bitzero to get the zero position for the first tile. Or use material that is not thicker than what you are cutting like I did.
I may remake it so that it has a ledge that registers in the T track and also has screw holes to use with the Tee Nutz. I could then pot some threaded inserts into it so that I can use the usual clamps.
This was a picture of my first attempt. It went great and I have used it on a couple of other tiling projects. I was in a hurry the first time so didn’t think the design aspect through thoroughly. For thr Y zero I simply drew a pencil mark on the walnut board and aligned my marks on the workpiece to it as required.
I didn’t think of drawing that line until after the first tile was cut, but the Y zero location was t critical until then.
