How to select the right bit for aluminum milling?

Hi,

I am very new to aluminum milling, so could anyone point out some good resources on end mill selection for aluminum milling?

I would like to know what kind of tool I should be looking for when milling aluminum? 1 flute, 2 flute, coated etc.

I have some experience in milling on a Bridgeport style milling machine, where the spindle speeds are very low. Most videos/tutorials I have seen mention that spindle speeds will be very high (20k RPM), I am not used to these high speeds, could anyone give pointers on how I should do this correctly?
