Power down the machine, gently and slowly move it to the center of movement of each axis, for the Z-axis turn the screw to move it all the way to the bottom, back up to the top, then back to the halfway point — does anything interfere with movement?
All linear motion hardware suitably lubricated/adjusted for movement? All wiring in good condition and all connectors secure?
Power up the machine and go to Settings | Debug — are any homing switches stuck on? Test each switch — does each signal as the correct input?
Do you have a BitZero? Where is it? Where is the groundlead? Are they touching?
Power up and try initializing — what does the machine do? Let us know step-by-step.
