I purchased the spindle upgrade but can’t find the directions for it

I am lost at getting started basically, my cnc is set up and I had it draw the shapeoko symbol, I made my first cuts some successful, most unsuccessful… I can’t seem to change the spindle speed or find instructions for it. Help! The VFD spindle
