Im feeling the same, I have had mine for about a month and half ass cut one piece. I cant not figure out these SVG files etc

What file are you having difficulty w/?

Post it here or send it in to support@carbide3d.com?

Rather than use an SVG file, why not start w/ what you can draw up/create yourself in Carbide Create?

Or, use the Library of Elements which is provided:

Pretty much everything I have cut has been simple parts that I have drawn myself for my CNC dust collection, cutting boards, etc. I’ve lost files because I saved them in the wrong place, took forever to find them again, etc. I feel out of place because not only ami bad with computers but a lot of the posts here I don’t even understand what’s being said. But the people in this forum re fantastic. They don’t make you feel small because of your skill level, they are always willing to do what they can to help and I’ve had others fix files for me when I couldn’t and send me their phone number so I could call if I needed more help. Another gentleman who is not far from me, even offered to come over and get me past some hurdles. Any questions you have I’d say ask, ask and keep asking. Although I am FAR from being knowledgeable about CNC…the folks here have really got me past some tough snags and are actually building my confidence which in turn makes it more fun to be out in the garage.

Any posts which seem unintelligible, feel free to send a PM asking after what they are about to the person who posted (I’m sure that they’d be delighted to have the conversation), or if you wish, e-mail a link to support@carbide3d.com and we’ll do our best to explain things.

Anything which you wish to know about the machines should be learnable by asking support in terms of general concepts, or the specifics of Carbide 3D hardware or software.

Most things should be explained in our documentation:

and there are of course the various video channels:

If there’s something you want to know about, just ask.
