I created a c2d file that had a modeled component (a simple FLAT component with “t” height). I saved that file.
I then created a new c2d and imported the first one in. No modeling came with it.
Is that expected behavior?

Not sure if it’s expected, but if need be, you can export the 3D model as a PNG and then import that to get the 3D model back.
The idea is to embed the objects from the saved c2D within a new design…So I would want the “cuts” to go with it and not require its own fresh design
