I am trying to import a dxf file for a cabinet that I am making however it opens it completely mixed up.
Why is this happening?

Please send the DXF in to us at support@carbide3d.com and let us know the specifics of what program created it and what settings were used to make it and we will do our best to look into this with you.

Opening the file in LibreCAD, then exporting seems a bit more workable:
Will e-mail that to you, and we’ll add this file to our test suite and see what can be done to accommodate this sort of thing in future versions.
