Are any homing switches active?
If no, please power down, open the electronics enclosure, and swap the two Y-axis motor connectors to reverse the Y-axis.

Yes we did the check that was in the videos on the website
I can’t see your facebook post, but I just got my Pro XXL last week and had a homing issue. None of the limitswitches would activate while homing, or with the wrench held near them. I look on the assembly picture, and it looked like all the wires to the board connector were upside down. The cables were ok, but the headers were soldered onto the board upside down. The little clip tab should be on the top, not the bottom of the control board. If no limit switch response is your issue, check that.
Nope wires are backwards now im having an issue with the bitsetter the light on it wont go off and it will not power down from the front button
Please let us know about these wiring issues at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll do our best to sort things out w/ you.
