Inverted Y-axis on new Shapeoko 3

I assembled my new Shapeoko 3 yesterday and when I run “box_logo.tap” the result is inverted in the Y-Axis. The Sharpie bleeds thru and it looks good from the back side. Any suggestions?

Mark,
You should be able to swap the two Y stepper motor connectors to correct that.
