After this mornings first ever project i closed cc.
I later return to cc and wanted to load the file again. I selected ‘file’, ‘open’ and selected the previous file that just did the mornings project. For some reason it wont load anything but a blank sceen. I only assume since it made the project it was saved properly but maybe im wrong. Is there a way to retrieve this project? Is it possible it wasnt saved correctly even though it created the project and the file exists?

Did you save the .c2d file or write out G-code as a .nc file?

May i also add that i do see the ‘recent files’ tab under ‘file’…this does not respond to last project but does show a design from weeks ago.
Should i assume i didnt save properly?
This was to be a two part project which one sits ontop the other, so it would be unfortunate that i wouldnt be able to retrieve this.

To be honest, i think it was my own issue. In any event, i did the drawing over again for the practice. If this happens again i will message here about it.
