Issue with creating Jigs

I position the spindle using the “rapid position” to center. The machine takes the spindle to center. I then secure a .5 inch thick baltic birch plywood 16x16 on the wasteboard with screws. I create a 3x3 grid of 3 inch diameter circles -profile cuts (inside path). I then place a coaster in each spot and run my design tool paths. Each design is centered in each of the 9 cirlces. Problem is when finished all designs are off center by .05 to .1 except the center coaster. Any thoughts what might be going on and how to correct it?

Have you calibrated the XY travel of the machine? Although if it’s off for the coasters, it should have been the same distance off for the jig. ???

Are they all off center in the same direction? or scaled away from or toward the center point?

All off center in the same direction. I am wondering if i am dealing with belt stretch.
