Issues - Screws Coming Loose - HELP

Hello,

I was running my Nomad3 to make some aluminum plates for a fixturing project and while the machine was running, 2 screws apparently came loos and fell onto my bed plate. I stopped the machine but now I’m hoping someone can tell me where tehse screws might have come from so i can replace them before trying my cut again.

They appear to be black M4x5 round cap bolts. If anyone can tell me the potential places these might have come from, it would help me find the correct locations to replace them?

I believe those are from the ports for lubrication of the linear rails, see:

It is the Nomad’s “service indicator” feature, time for some oil in those blocks :laughing: :upside_down_face:
