first time setup on new machine, im going thru the setup steps and when i click initalize and home your machine it moved the deck all the way to the front and screwed the router top portion all the way right into the wall and keeps driving that way. to the point where it sounds like the thread is jumping the driving screw. and it showed the GRBL Alarm 9 code and then the GRBL Alarm code 6. and is stuck in that position. has anyone ran into this before???
When you power up and connect to the machine are any homing switches stuck on?
Go to Settings to check.
Power down and move the machine to the center of each axis (gently/slowly), then make a video showing what happens when you try to initialize and send it in to support@carbide3d.com
