Job set Up tab exploded

Good day, Having an issue with the job setup tab in CC build 842. The job set tab opens in an exploded view right to left about 5 screens wide. How can adjust it to fit screen? The double arrow window resize function does not work.

Thanks, JC

Post a screengrab?

Probably you’ll want to quit and reboot and restart.

If it still happens on restart do About | Carbide Create | Open Data Directory and send the settings.ini file from the CarbideCreate directory to support@carbide3d.com, then re-name it to settings.bak and quit and restart Carbide Create.

I was having this same issue with the previous version. Updated to this version an hour ago and it’s still here. Now, setting tab dimensions is also missing.

It looks from your screenshot that the workspace window is also flying off the screen. I wonder if the two are related? (Not a CC user but sensitive to UI stuff…)

The icon in your title bar shows the window is maximized.

Could it be a resolution setting in your OS? If you non-maximize the window can you try resizing it and then re-maximize?

i’ll try it, thank you

The issue has been resolved! I had uploaded a tool database from IDC Woodworks and it was causing the problem. Deleted the tool database through the tool library tab. But also had to go into CC program folder (Tools) and delete the excel files for it there.

Experiencing same problem. If you delete to IDC database, what are you using to run you IDC tooling?

I manually input the tool data for the bit I’m using. I contacted IDC about the problem as well.

You can edit the csv file directly instead of editing inside carbide create, I find it easier but I think the naming is a little different.
