Gary, sorry for the slow response. The church sign was designed by a graphics house. However, i did modify it, moving the position of the steeple and making it larger, oh - and we made the sign about 20% larger than what was origionally set. The church got pricing from a sign place and they wanted $2,400 for a v-carve sign. I think I paid $430 for a 4’x8’x1.5" 15 pound HDU. Another $40 for paint.
I just quoted a small town south of me about $4,700 for a bunch of signs that I should have about $2,300 cost into.

Boy Michael, I hate to see you guys in Canada paying the prices that you do for HDU. My first 4’x8’x1.5" 15lb sheet of HDU was $430 USD. I am fortunate that the supplier is within 45 minutes of where I live so I pick it up myself, saving delivery costs. For my latest project I am looking to buy 3 sheets of the 1.5" and one sheet of 2". I have been quoted $395/sheet for the 1.5" and $485/sheet for the 2".
