Have mad many successful cuts with the 4xxl, however bought the pro version so I could cut stl 3d signs and every time I do I get a pocket cut, I have changed toolpaths to everything listed and cannot get a 3d cut. getting frustrated. any help?

In order to cut anything in 3D you will need:
- a 3D model — it has to preview in the 3D area
- geometry which defines the region which you are cutting out in 3D which will then be associated with the 3D toolpaths
- 3D roughing and 3D finishing toolpaths — these will cut away the material to reveal the 3D model
a further requirement is that there isn’t a 2D toolpath which cuts away the 3D model.
