Leg Kit center-to-center spacing and hole diameter

Does anyone know the center-to-center spacing and hole diameter of the unused mounting holes on the sides, back, and front of the Shapeoko 5 Pro Leg Kit? I’m looking to design some accessories that use the existing holes? @robgrz @wmoy

I think he means the mounting holes on the leg kit, not the front workholding holes on the base frame tubes.

The holes are generally sized as thru holes for M6 hardware, about 7mm in diameter, but the positions vary. Where they attach to the end of the base frame extrusions, the holes are 40x65mm. If there are any others in particular that would be helpful to know, take a photo of them and i’ll look them up later this week when i’m in the office.

See attached. I am building 18mm Plywood legs, based off of the Shapoko Pro 5.1 design. I will be installing them tomorrow. I have tested the hole placement. I modeled the support rails. Next are the T-Slots.

Edit: I misread. I can’t seem to upload a .step file. I didn’t model the machined out part as I didn’t need it for my application. DM me if you want the .step file.

Thank you.
