Why is the border of the letters not continues, the bit drives inside the letter, here is a picture;
you can see it in the letter N - R - F -P - A - E and maybe others…

This is caused by trying to cut letterforms which are too wide with a V endmill which isn’t wide enough.
You can get around this by using the Advanced V carving feature, if need be w/ pocket clearing enabled.
