Library import or svg import

Not sure why I can no longer import anything other than a .txt or csv file, but it’s very frustrating.

I’m sure it’s a software issue, but after an entire day of trying to figure it out on my own and reading through several other posts, I give up. Please help!!

When I search for files, all I get is nothing… It also preloads a file “Shuman’s cutting board” which is a project from a year ago. It does it over and over and over. And I can not find the file I am trying to import. Actually, I can’t even find file I Imported before I downloaded the “pro” account.

Don’t use the command Library | Import from URL:

Instead, choose either:

File | Open:

or

“Import” (the icon which used to be “Import External File”)

that will then afford the following file choices:

[GreenForrestWoodwork (Solomon)]

Ok. I can do the “open” but I don’t see the import.

This should work.
