Login troubles. Please help

Hi

I recently renewed my subscription, it wouldn’t renew stating the license was expired. But I paid and was charged, 5 days ago.

To troubleshoot, I restarted the software, closed my browsers to reset everything and then it wouldn't let me log back in.  Then, the forgot password function isn't sending me emails.

I made this profile just to post this question. Please advise. Thank you in advance.
