Machine doesn’t go all the way to z zero

I have my Z zero set to the appropriate depth and motion reads 0 for the z access. When I run the program the router goes to the correct x and y, but stops .67 inches above zero. The z readout reads at .67.
I’ve checked the thickness of my job in CC, and that’s correct. Nothing blocking the path.
It ran fine on the last job I did so may be related to the job but I can’t figure out what. Any thoughts?
I do have bitsetter on my machine. It runs as the program starts so the device knows the length of the bit

Where is the origin set in the file?

and how is origin set relative to the stock:

I find that opening the .c2d file up and drawing a box which matches the specified dimensions (draw up the cut in profile if need be) or moving the machine to the origin and then using a tape measure to measure out the dimension(s) in question will make clear where things aren’t lining up.
