Making 3d model heights all congruent?

When selecting areas with different sizes/geometries, and applying a 3d model, I’m finding it difficult to make them the same height without doing each polygon independently. If you look here, you can see what I mean. The two models on the left are a lower height than the one on the right. If I do each independently, I can make them all the desired height. This demonstration doesn’t show it, but doing this for a lot of polygons can create an excess of work, such as if you’re doing something with a lot of small polys, like a hop cone.

Is there a way to speed this up so I don’t have to make a CC file with over a dozen models?
