Making a Centering Die For Washers?

I have a bit of a weird one here: I need to make a handful of washers out of .064 aluminum, outer diameter 1 1/4’ inner 3/4". Normally I just use my disc punch set and centering dies to make washers but the largest centering die I have is 1’, no good for a 1 1/4’ washer. I played around with milling the washers out and it works, but takes much longer then just punching them out on my hydraulic press. So what i’m asking is, can anyone think of something i can make to basically act as a centering die to use with the disc punch set? here’s a photo of what i’m talking about in case anyone is unsure.

Buy a single die and punch them out. CNC fixturing would take longer, and there’s some question on whether you could make it work first time out.

And … milling aluminum easily depends on the alloy.
