Maximum Y axis issue

Hi, I am attempting to do a large flag that covers the entire work surface. I have my design starting 9 inches away fro the max Y axis but when the router goes to the back, it is slamming against the end of the rail and shaking like crazy…. I have tried several times and it is always does the same, what could it be?
I have even adjust the end of the material to the max Y axis depth and still have it starting 9” away but still goes to back and slams.

Check that your X-Y zero in your design matches where you zero on the machine.

Ahh!!! Been out of practice some, i think that is where I am dorked up…. Going to check now!
