The issue is me to be honest. I dont know exactly what im doing but im making my way there.
Long, short is - Rev file purchased. I needed to change to stl and did that successfully. Downloaded 14 day trial of Mesh Cam to recieve the 3d file. Now, silly enough im not sure what to do. I dont really want or need to change the file for now. Id like to get one working file created during my trial. How do i get this into CM?

You need to create toolpaths in MeshCAM, then write out a .nc (or whatever the file extension MeshCAM uses) as a G-code file.
