I am working on recreating the files to do my LEGO box joint (I did the original files in Vcarve desktop) and I cannot set the Y width to .75 inches. Every time I try it defaults back to 0.9843 inches (25.001 mm). I’m guessing since this is exactly 25mm that this a hardcoded minimum.
Not a huge issue since it is easy to work around by setting the stock to 1", but it messes with simulation since it shows wood that will not exist.

That is one of the reasons I prefer to stack up multiples when cutting box joints.
