Before I whine, I will say that my SO Pro xxl is a thing of beauty. It assembled square and nearly trammed, and I have been able to push it hard with superior results. A great hobby machine. So I decided to buy some cutters from C3d. Didn’t ship on time, then was sent to Puerto Rico. Lord knows where it is now. Thankfully, I have plenty of cutters in the shop… these are for back up. Support seemed unconcerned and answered only one of my emails. Please tell me this is a one off problem because I like this company up to this point. Only whining because I don’t feel heard on email.
